The DECREE
of 17 December. December 2015
amending the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior, no 207/2001 Coll., which
implementing Law No. 301/2000 Coll. on registers, the name and surname and change
some related laws, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior shall determine under section 96 (a). and (e)) of the Act) No 301/2000
Coll. on registers, the name and surname and amending some related
laws:
Article. (I)
Decree of the Ministry of the Interior, no 207/2001 Coll., implementing Act
No. 301/2000 Coll. on registers, the name and surname and change some
related laws, as amended by Decree No. 230/2001 Coll., Decree No.
499/2001 Coll., Decree No. 566/2002 Coll., Decree No. 660/2004 Coll.
Decree No. 539/2005 Coll., Decree No 330/2006 Coll., Decree No.
352/2006 Coll., Decree No 389/2007 Coll., Decree No. 419/2008 Coll.,
Decree No 445/2008 Coll., Decree No 485/2009 Coll., Decree No.
315/2010 Coll., Decree No. 417/2011 Coll., Decree No. 455/2012 Sb.
Decree No. 424/2013 Coll. and Decree No. 192/2014 Sb, is hereby amended as follows:
1. In the title of § 10, after the word "gender", the words "home
the surname ".
2. In section 10, paragraph 3, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) in the minutes to the last name of the person being written about his hometown figure fills the
last name only, if its currently used the surname different from
last name hometown. ".
The current paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 5.
3. in annex No. 1 in the region of South Bohemia, in the column "municipality with extended
powers "in paragraph 3. "Český Krumlov", in the column "Registry Office" in
point 8. "Kájov, in column" a "list of municipalities, urban areas, urban

Items 2 to 13 shall be renumbered 1 to 12.
