Article. (I)
Decree No. 449/2006 Coll., on the establishment of methodologies of tests for distinctness,
uniformity, stability and value varieties, as amended by Decree No.
125/2007 Coll., Decree No 320/2007 Coll., Decree No. 11/2009 Sb.
Decree No. 446/2009 Coll., Decree No 389/2010 Coll., Decree No.
404/2011 Coll., Decree No. 290/2012 Coll., Decree No 430/2013 and
Decree No. 91/2014 Sb, is hereby amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 2 shall be added to the sentence "the detailed
Commission directive 2014/105/EC of 4 April 2003. December 2014, amending
Directive 2003/90/EC and 2003/91/EC, laying down the implementing measures
to article 7 of Council Directive 2002/53/EC and to article 7 of Council directive
2002/55/EC, as regards the characteristics to be covered as a test and
the minimum conditions for examining certain varieties of agricultural
plants and vegetables ".
