amending Act No. 424/1991 Coll. on Association in political

the sides and political movements, as amended



Parliament has passed the following Act of the Czech Republic:



Article. (I)



Act No. 424/1991 Coll. on Association in political parties and in

political movements as amended by Act No. 468/1991 Coll., Act No. 68/1993

Coll., Act No. 189/1993 Coll., Act No. 117/1994 Coll., ruling

the Court published under no. 296/1995 Coll., Act No. 322/1996 Coll., and act

No 340/2000 is amended as follows:



1. In section 20 (2). 7, the words "Regional Council" shall be replaced by the words

"the County Council and a member of the Municipal Council of the capital city of Prague".



2. In § 20 paragraph 8 is added:



"(8) Post on the mandate belongs throughout the election period, only the side and

the movement, whose list was a member of Parliament, Senator, Member of the

County Councillor or member of the Municipal Council of the city of Prague

elected. If he was a Deputy, Senator, Member of the Council of the County, or

Member of the Municipal Council of the city of Prague, was elected on the list

the Coalition is a contribution to the mandate throughout the election period, only the side and

the movement, which has been on the list of the coalition. If it is not on

vacant mandate, regional councillor or member of the

the Municipal Council of the capital city of Prague, substitute, or if the mandate expires

3. In § 20 paragraph 11 is added:



"(11) in the election to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate

calculations of annual contribution for each term separately.

Article II
