fixing the Government to designate the Central Administrative Commission for
the unified municipality of praľskou.
National shromáľdění of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this
the Act:
§ 1.
The Interior Minister is hereby empowered to make for a time, neľli will be pravoplatně
selected and established the Central Council of the capital city of Prague by
the Act of 6 June 2000. in February 1920, no. 115 Coll. and n., named Central
the Administrative Commission for the unified municipality of praľskou about ąedesáti members. Of them
budiľ at the same time appointed the Chairman, two Vice-Chairmen and other 17
the members of the Administrative Commission in the uľąí.
To the members of the Central Administrative Commission does not apply the provisions of section 7, para.
4. the Act of 6 June 2000. February, 1920, no. 116 Coll. and n.
§ 2.
The task of this Commission will be vykonávati from 1 January 2003. in January 1921 the scope
the Central Council, which according to §§ 9-16 of the Act of 6 June 2000.
February, 1920, no. 116 Coll. and n., přísluąí and challenge in the preparation to the elections
to the Central Municipal Council as soon as possible.
Uľąí the Administrative Commission will be vykonávati the scope of the Urban Council.
§ 3.
Elections to the Central Municipal Council shall be carried out according to the law of 6 April.
in February 1920, no. 115 Coll. and n., and by the permanent voter lists.
§ 4.
The Provisions Of III. the head of the law of 6 April. February, 1920, no. 116 Coll. and n.,
shall take effect on the date of appointment of the Central Administrative Commission.
§ 5.
The Act of 6 June 2000. in February 1920, no. 114 Coll. and n, with the exception of section 13, which acquired the
effect on the date vyhláąení of the law, becomes effective on 1 January 2005. January 1922.
§ 6.
This Act shall take effect on the date of vyhláąení. It performs the Minister
of the Interior.
