The Mongolian people's Republic concerning cooperation in the field of health

On 31 December 2004. May 1968 was in Prague signed the Convention between the Government of
The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Mongolian people's
Republic on cooperation in the field of health.
According to article 11 of the Convention entered into force on signature, IE.
on 31 December 2002. May 1968.
Czech translation of the Convention shall be published at the same time.

Convention
between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Mongolian
the Republic of China on cooperation in the field of health
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Mongolian people's
Republic, desiring to deepen the cooperation in the field of health
and thereby to further expand and consolidate friendly relations between the two States,
have decided to conclude this Convention.
To this end, have designated as their agents:
the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic
Vladislav Vlcek,
the Government of the Mongolian people's Republic
Bazaryna Demberela,
who, having exchanged their full powers, found in good and due
the form, have agreed as follows:
Article 1
The Contracting Parties shall develop cooperation and to promote the mutual exchange of
experience in matters of health and medical sciences, so that this
cooperation to contribute to the continuing improvement of the health status of the people of both
countries.
Article 2
The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties will exchange experience
in the Organization and management of health care, in particular in the field of asylum
preventive health care, health services, health education and the use of
medical instruments, equipment and medicines.
Article 3
The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties will inform each other about their
organized medical gatherings, conferences and meetings with
international participation, Exchange materials about these events and invite
to them, the experts of the other party.
Article 4
The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties will exchange medical
lists of medical literature, films, Visual AIDS and other
health education materials.
Article 5
The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the field of vocational
education of health care workers in particular in that direction, that:
1. promote the exchange of doctors and other health care workers for
the purpose of in-service training and specialization, or study some
species diseases
2. Exchange teaching experience, teaching aids and
documentation on the in-service training of doctors.
Article 6
The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall periodically exchange reports
about epidemiological situation in order to prevent the spread of infectious
diseases.
Article 7
The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall mutually accept ill State
nationals of the other Contracting Party to their medical facilities to
constitutional treatment, if they cannot be provided with the necessary training
healing in their own State and provide the citizens of another State,

Article 8
The implementation of this Convention, the Ministry of health are responsible for both
States, which will negotiate on a particular time period

Article 9
The costs associated with the implementation of this Convention, the Contracting Parties shall bear the

diseases, will be borne by the party that the sick.
Article 10
Mutual Bill of costs in accordance with article 9 of this Convention shall be carried out
in accordance with the appropriate payment agreement is valid between the two States.
Article 11
This Convention shall enter into force on the date of signature; It shall be concluded for a period of 5 years
and its validity is extended for another five years, if one
of the Contracting Parties denounces it in writing six months before the expiry of the
