REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT



of 19 December 2003. June 2012,



amending Government Decree No. 176/2008 Coll., on technical

requirements to machinery, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 170/2011

SB.



The Government ordered pursuant to section 22 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical

requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by

Act No. 205/2002 Coll. and Act No. 34/2011 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to

implementation of section 7 (1). 8, § 11 (1). 2, § 11a paragraph. 2 (a). (c)), section 12 paragraph.

1 and 3 and section 13 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Regulation of the Government No. 176/2008 Coll. on technical requirements on mechanical engineering

equipment, as amended by regulation of the Government No. 170/2011 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:



1. In section 4, paragraph 4. 1 (a). and the number "2)" is replaced by "3".



2. In article 4, paragraph 1, the following paragraph 2, including notes

footnote No 11:



"(2) on the market or putting into service of machinery shall be listed, as referred to

in annex 12 to this regulation ^ 11).



11) Commission decision 2012/32/EU of 19 December. January 2012, which

the Member States the obligation to prohibit the placing on the market of Cutter

Paragraphs 2 to 6 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 3 to 7.



3. the following Annex No. 12, which reads:



"Annex 12 to the regulation of the Government No. 176/2008 Sb.
