The DECREE



of 26 March. November 2002,



which provides for the protection of natural mineral water resources in

Byňově and define the specific measures of protection (Ordinance on trade

zones of natural mineral water source in Byňově)



The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 46 paragraph. 3 (b). (b)) of the Act

No. 164/2001 Coll., on the natural medicinal resources, natural resources

mineral water, natural healing Spa and Spa places

changes to some related laws (the Spa Act), (hereinafter referred to as

the "law"):



The establishment of protection zones and the establishment of specific protective measures



§ 1



(Article 21, paragraph 1, of the Act)



(1) to protect the source natural mineral water, which is collected from borehole HV-5

located on the land plot no 1353/2, cadastral territory

Byňov, České Budějovice district, South Bohemian region (hereinafter referred to as "the source"), "^ 1")

protective zones I and II. the degree.



(2) the protection zone, the degree consists of the immediate surroundings of the output of the source.

Is located at the land plot no 1353/2, cadastral territory of Byňov, and

It is defined by a circle with a radius of 10 m in the borehole HV-5.



(3) the protection zone II. the grade is determined to protect the parts of the past

the territory of the zřídelní structures resources (section 23 (1) of the Act). Is defined

the hydrological catchment area of the Joist area between the profile under the River through

Stropnici near the village of Byňov, above the left-hand tributary from the pond Poacher

(top) and profile under the River through the Stropnici in the village of Terezin

(the village Petříkov) and the flat bottom of the catchment area of the Nakolického stream, under the

Nakolickým pond. This definition is graphically marked in the base

a map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1:50 000, ^ 2) which is annexed to this

the Decree.



§ 2



(Section 22, paragraph 2, and article 23, paragraph 3, of the Act)



(1) the protection zone and forms a zone of physical protection of the resource.

§ 3



(Section 24, paragraph 2, of the Act)



The protection degree is oplotí and marks the table with the inscription "Zone

physical protection of the natural sources of mineral water. Unauthorized entry

Final provisions



§ 4



Establishment of the protection zone II. the degree of the source in the base map Czech

Republic in the scale 1:10 000 is available on the Ministry of

health care and the City Office of the new Castles.



§ 5



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. January 1, 2003.
