The DECREE



of 26 March. November 2002,



which provides for the protection of natural mineral water resources in

Byňově and define the specific measures of protection (Ordinance on trade

zones of natural mineral water source in Byňově)



The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 46 paragraph. 3 (b). (b)) of the Act

No. 164/2001 Coll., on the natural medicinal resources, natural resources

mineral water, natural healing Spa and Spa places

changes to some related laws (the Spa Act), (hereinafter referred to as

the "law"):



The establishment of protection zones and the establishment of specific protective measures



§ 1



(Article 21, paragraph 1, of the Act)



(1) to protect the source natural mineral water, which is collected from borehole HV-5

located on the land plot no 1353/2, cadastral territory

Byňov, České Budějovice district, South Bohemian region (hereinafter referred to as "the source"), "^ 1")

§ 2



(Section 22, paragraph 2, and article 23, paragraph 3, of the Act)

§ 3



(Section 24, paragraph 2, of the Act)

Final provisions



§ 4



Establishment of the protection zone II. the degree of the source in the base map Czech

Republic in the scale 1:10 000 is available on the Ministry of

health care and the City Office of the new Castles.



§ 5



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. January 1, 2003.
