on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior decided to repeal article. 1 (1). 2, 3, 4, 6,

article. 2, article. 3, article. 4 (4). 4, article. 5, article. 6, article. 7. 1 (a). and (c)))

(d)), e), (f)). 8 and article. 9 generally binding decrees of Ústí nad Labem

No 81/2001, in order to ensure the maintenance of cleanliness of streets and other public

open space, environmental protection, public green spaces, and the use of

facilities of the municipality serving the needs of the public,



as follows:



Generally binding Decree of the town Ústí nad Labem No 81/2001, in order to ensure

maintaining the cleanliness of streets and other public spaces, to protect

environment, public green areas and to use the facilities of the municipality

serving the needs of the public, shall be repealed on the date of publication of this award

in the collection of laws.
