REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
Czech Socialist Republic of 19 November 2002. April 1989 on the Declaration of the
some cultural relics for national cultural monuments

The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic of orders under section 4 (4). 1 of the law
The Czech National Council No. 20/1987 Coll. on State care Monument:
§ 1
(1) for the national cultural monuments to claim the House of artists (Rudolfinum)
Hradiště and Celtic oppidum Envy, municipal House, Prague, with
Dirt gate, a monument of the Czech resistance movement 1939-1945 "or Pečkárna",
Strahov Monastery, the Slavonic settlement Slavníkovců Libice, Castle
Castles in the sand, a stone bridge, chain bridge in Stádlci, a Czech Castle
Krumlov, an Honorable burial at the central cemetery in Brno, Petrov, Brno
and the Memorial to the victims of the Nazi terror in Životice.
(2) the location and spatial identification characters of these national
cultural sites are listed in the annex to this regulation.
(3) the State Department of historic preservation national cultural monuments shall be marked according to the
paragraph 1 to the cadastral maps. A copy of these are stored
at the State Institute for preservation of historical monuments and the Ministry of culture.
(4) If, in the annex to this regulation in spatial identification
characters in the section of land, means that its part which is
delineated in the cadastral maps in accordance with paragraph 3.
§ 2
For the protection of national cultural monuments are listed
