The Czech National Council

repealing some laws of the cultural sector



The Czech National Council is agreed on this law:



Article. (I)



Shall be deleted:



1. the provisions of sections 1, 3, 4, 5 (3). 2, 5, 6, § 6 and 15, section 17 to 33, § 34

paragraph. 2, § 35 to 38 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 33/1978 Coll., on

Theatre (theatre Act), as amended by the Act of the Czech national

Council No. 122/1989 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 127/1990 Coll. and

the Czech National Council Act No. 425/1990 Coll.



2. Decree of the Ministry of culture of the Czech Socialist Republic.

75/1978 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the theatrical Act,

as amended by Decree No. 198/1989 Coll. and Czech National Council Act No.

127/1990 Coll.



3. the revenue of the Ministry of culture of the Czech Socialist Republic from 26 March.

in February 1979, no. 79-10.890/Ia/1, establishing a network of theatres

(registered in the amount of 10/1979 Sb.)



4. the directive of the Ministry of culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of

30.7.1971 No. 11, 822/1971-III., issued in agreement with the Ministry of

the education system of the Czech Socialist Republic, for the teaching of religion

registered pupils of primary schools devítiletých (registered in the amount

22/1971 Coll.), as amended by the Decree of the Ministry of culture of the Czech Socialist

Republic of 10.6.1988 No. 9 822/1988-VII, issued in agreement with the

the Ministry of education, youth and sports of the Czech Socialist

Republic (registered in 27/1988 Coll.).



Article II



Valid for the territory of the Czech Republic shall be deleted:



1. Act No. 54/1919 SB. z. a n., to build and maintain "the academic

House in Prague ", 2. Law No. 226/1920 SB. z. a n., on the establishment of the Fund

Denisova,



3. Law No 245/1920 SB. z. a n., added to the years of war of the priests

15. the Decree of the Ministry of education and culture No. 149/1961 Coll., on purchase,

entry and sale of works of art and some other measures

in the field of fine arts, as amended by Decree No. 39/1966 Coll. and Act No.

146/1971 Coll.



16. the Decree of the Ministry of education and culture No. 73/1962 Coll. on advertising in

the press, as amended by Decree No. 105/1967 Coll.,



17. the Decree of the Ministry of education and culture No. 23/1965 Coll., on a competitive

procedure for works of fine art,



18. the policy of the Central Council of trade unions and the management of cultural

equipment corner, approved resolution of the Central Council of trade unions of 8.6.1983

(registered in the amount of 5/1984 Coll.).



Article. (III)



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
