The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the 2 July. December

1991 was in Islamabad agreed to the exchange of notes Agreement on abolition of visa

requirement for holders of diplomatic and service (official) passports

between the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Government

Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Agreement entered into force on 3 June 2006.

for the purpose of strengthening the friendly relations between the Islamic

Republic and the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, I have the honour to

design your Excellency on behalf of his Government the conclusion of the arrangement on cancelling

the visa requirement for holders of diplomatic and official passports

Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and for holders of diplomatic and

service passports of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, of the following

text:



Article 1



1. the Islamic Republic of Pakistan nationals, holders of a valid

diplomatic or official passport can travel to Czech and Slovak

Federative Republic and reside in three months without a visa.



2. nationals of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, holders

a valid diplomatic or service passport can travel to

Islamic Republic of Pakistan and reside in three months without a visa.



Article 2



1. citizens of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, members of the diplomatic

the administrative and technical or service staff of diplomatic

Mission or consular post in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal

Republic, official representatives of the international governmental organizations

having its registered office in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic, or

officials of such international organizations as well as members of the delegations

the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, if they are holders of

a valid diplomatic or official passport, may reside on the territory of the

Each Contracting State may, for reasons of public order, safety or

the protection of the health of the whole or in part to interrupt the implementation of this agreement.

Interrupt and termination shall be notified without delay through diplomatic channels
