DECREE
of 11 December 1997. January 2011
on the determination of the buffer zones of natural healing sources of mineral water
in Karviná and the definition of specific protective measures
The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 46 para. 3 (b). (b)) of the Act
No. 164/2001 Coll., on the natural medicinal resources, natural resources
mineral water, natural healing Spa and bathing places and
changes to some related laws (the Spa Act):
The establishment of protection zones,
§ 1
To protect natural medicinal sources of mineral water (hereinafter referred to as the "source"),
located in the municipality of the city of Karviná, Darkov-Karviná and
Karviná-borders, down the protection I and II. the degree.
§ 2
(1) the protection degree of the source located in Karviná, urban
part of Karvina-Darkov, which is used to hold the borehole
and the new vrt), is located on the land plot no. 199/2 land
the territory of the Moravian-Silesian region and Darkov is graphically illustrated in the copy
cadastral maps, which is the annex No. 1 of this Decree,
(b)), it is situated on the land plot no. 11/1 land

m, the source is located in the geometric center of the zone of physical protection,
f) 735-NP is defined by a plot of land in the shape of a rectangle with dimensions
7 x 16 m, whose longer side faces from Northwest to Southeast;
the source is located in the geometric center of the zone of physical protection,
g) NP 736 defined plot of land in the shape of a square of side 12 m, with source
located in the geometric center of the zone of physical protection,
h) NP 737 defined plot of land in the shape of a rectangle with dimensions of 10 x 12
m, whose longer side faces from Northwest to Southeast; the source of the

§ 3

(2) in a protection degree of physical protection is defined in the zone

m, the source is located in the geometric center of the zone of physical protection,
e) 744-NP is defined by a plot of land in the shape of a square of side 12 m,
the source is located in the geometric center of the zone of physical protection,
f) 747-NP is defined by a plot of land in the shape of a square of side 15
m, the source is located in the geometric center of the zone of physical protection.
§ 4
Bandwidth of the physical protection of resources with oplotí fixed the fence; If

§ 5

§ 6
Establishment of the protection zone and in a copy of the cadastral maps in the scale

§ 7
Definition of the specific safeguard measures
(1) the protection degree is prohibited:
