Dated 27 October 2015

Implementing certain provisions of the feed

The Ministry of Agriculture stipulates pursuant to § 3 para. 7, § 4 para. 10, § 5, paragraph
. 10, § 6 par. 4, § 7 para. 6 and § 21 paragraph. 9 of Law no. 91/1996
Coll., On feed, as amended by Act no. 214/2007 Coll., Act no. 33 / 2011 Sb.
And Act no. 279/2013 Coll., (Hereinafter the "Act")

§ 1
Subject Matter


(1) This Decree implements the relevant regulations of the European Union ^ 1) and
governs the details and requirements for the manufacture, importation, use, labeling and
feed additives and pre-mixes on the market.

(2) This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive
European Parliament and Council Directive 98/34 / EC of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for
provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and regulations || | information society services, as amended.

§ 2

Undesirable substances and products, warehouse pests

[K § 3 para. 7 point. a) and b) of the Act]

(1) The content of undesirable substances in feed products is considered
acceptable if the analytical result does not exceed the maximum limits of

§ 3

Special nutritional purposes

[K § 3 para. 7 point. d) of the Act]

recommended period of use, as well as other mandatory labeling data, including declaration
and their use are given in Annex no. 2 to this Decree
.

(2) Other requirements under European Union regulation, 3) which is complemented
Union list of feed for particular nutritional purposes, without prejudice
contents of Part B of Annex no. 2 hereto.

§ 4
Additives


[K § 3 para. 7 point. e) of the Act]

§ 5

packaging is carried out also in § 4 para. 4 point. b) of the Act.

(2) The application for registration operation for the production or marketing of products for
feed on the market separately for each operation shall attach

A) the manufacturer, except for primary producers, the annexes mentioned in § 5 para. 4 point. a)
to c), e) to g) and j) to l) Act

B) a distributor of the Annex mentioned in § 5 para. 4 point. a), k) and l) of the Act,

C) a supplier outside the carrier annex referred to in § 5 para. 4 point. a) a
j) to l) of the Act, if packaging is carried out, also in § 5 para. 4 point. b)
Act

D) the carrier annex referred to in § 5 para. 4 point. j) and l) of the Act,

E) the importer of the Annex mentioned in § 5 para. 4 point. h) to l) of the Act, if
packaging is carried out, also in § 5 para. 4 point. b) of the Act and

F) of primary producer manufacturing compound mixtures, Annex referred to in § 5 para. 4
point. a) of the Act.

(3) If the applicant for approval of an operation also conducts activities subject to registration
, also joins the annexes referred to in paragraph 2.

§ 6

Data on feed


(K § 4 para. 10 § 5 para. 10 of the Act)

(1) Applicants for approval or registration of operations for the manufacture of
annex relating to data on feedingstuffs

A) for feed materials and additives groups and types and possibly their trade names

B) for compound feeds, the types of animals for which they are intended; these animals are

Commission Regulation (EC) no. 152/2009 of 27 January 2009 laying

(2) Applicants for approval or registration of operations for the placing on the market feed
in the annex relating to data on feedingstuffs

A) the categories of ingredients

B) for additives, the categories and functional groups

C) for compound feeds, the types of animals for which they are intended;
these animals are animals referred to in paragraph 1. b)

D) types of feed materials of animal origin, possibly data on their
use in complete and supplementary feed and

E) method for testing new feed materials, unless given in
Commission Regulation (EC) no. 152/2009.

(3) In the annex relating to data on feed in addition to the data referred to in paragraph 2 shall
importer kinds of imported feed products, at
premixes and compound feeds, also their composition and use and possibly trade names.

(4) Operators at primary production level manufacturing compound feeds with
using supplementary feed in the annex relating to data on feed, indicating

B) data on the use of feed materials of animal origin.

§ 7

Verification of the homogeneity of feed additives or premixes

(K § 4 para. 10 § 5 para. 10 of the Act)

(1) Homogeneity means a property that expresses
homogeneous dispersion of additives in feed or premix general.

§ 8

Certificate of professional competence

§ 9

Mobile feed mill

[§ 7 para. 6 point. b) of the Act]

§ 11

Categories of feed materials for labeling of feed for non

Transitional provisions
