their course (operating procedures). It is not permissible to reuse the extinguishing

the appliance into circulation without recycling or reclamation of the contained

controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases. After recycling, or

regeneration of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases

possible its reuse on the basis of the certificate. Recovery

controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases to equip

Automatic detector leakage of controlled substances and fluorinated

greenhouse gases.

2.4 preparing for use and disposal

2.4.1 General provisions

1. Reclaimed controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases after

their overdrafts to their storage containers to sort out and

Save in a special warehouse for halon.

2. Store separately recovered regulated substances and fluorinated

greenhouse gases intended for disposal and reclaimed controlled substances

and fluorinated greenhouse gases intended for critical use.

3. the premises of the special warehouse have fitted with an automatic detector

leakage of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases.

2.4.2 Analysis of controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases

After recycling or regeneration and before using the controlled

substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases shall ensure that the operator of a special

the inventory of its chemical analysis to determine whether recycled or

reclaimed controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases meet the

the requirements of the quality standards. The analysis of controlled substances and fluorinated

greenhouse gas emissions must be done even before its recycling in the event that the

There are doubts about the declared content delivered containers in controlled

substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases.

3. Documentation requirements, registration, operating rules and the qualifications of the

persons

3.1 Documentation

3.1.1 Documentation permits issued

All permits, approvals, consents and the official decision document

and the lead in the current state, and have freely accessible to the control

to the authorities.

3.1.2 rules of operation

Prepare corporate operating procedure, which contains standard provisions and

instructions for operating safety and order. Also applies to customers and

visitors to the special store halon and therefore is posted on the well

conspicuous place at the entrance to the establishment, at least in its main

parts. The order also contains rules for behavior in case of danger.

3.1.3 Operating Manual

Develop an operations manual, which lists the measures necessary for the

proper recycling of fire extinguishers and fire protection systems,

as well as for operational safety in normal operation, repairs and

operational malfunctions. Also included here are the tasks and areas

the responsibilities of staff and the description of the course work in the recycling.

3.1.4 the working instructions

For activities of importance for the security and protection of the environment

the environment to draw up a work instruction that is

accessible.

3.1.5 the Operation journal

As the document duly carried out by fire extinguishers and recycling systems

fire protection lead the operating journal in electronic form if

It can be. The journal contains

the device or controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases in

Special warehouse for halon,

(b) documentation of all stored) fire extinguishers and systems

disposal, an overview of the type and quantity of recycled and

reclaimed controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases

(c)), special events, primarily operating disorders including possible causes

and subsequent corrective measures,

(d) a copy of the protocols of inspections).

3.1.6 other documentation

Keep the documentation of all persons, which are forwarded to the regulated

substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, fire extinguishers or systems

fire protection for critical use or disposal. At the same time

keep copies of certificates in the documentation of persons, which will be regulated

substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, fire extinguishers or stable

fire-extinguishing equipment containing controlled substances and fluorinated

greenhouse gases released, which will perform the addition or

installation for critical uses.

3.1.7 the requirements for physical persons

Staff carrying out recycling fire extinguishers, systems

fire protection and recovery of controlled substances and fluorinated

greenhouse gases must have a valid certificate as regards stationary

fire protection systems and fire extinguishers containing certain

fluorinated greenhouse gases.

4. the provisions on the control of

4.1 Custom control

The operator to continuously ensure compliance with quality provisions and

continuously performs its own control. In the framework of the own-checks are

all the control measures required by binding technology. About

the visit is conducted by written record indicating the detected

deficiencies, measures taken and their fulfilment.

4.2 checking the registration of substances

The operator shall send in quarterly intervals, regular reports on the

the quantity and condition of the stored, controlled substances and fluorinated

greenhouse gases, the Ministry of the environment.

4.3 Check for leaks-the methods used

Check tightness of containers with uskladněnými controlled substances and

fluorinated greenhouse gases shall be carried out in particular by the detector

halogenated derivatives of hydrocarbons and on their regular weighing. Spaces,

in which the handling of controlled substances and fluorinated

greenhouse gases and the premises where they are stored must be

secured by the automatic alarm, which detects the leak

controlled substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases.

This quality and control provisions apply for recycling of fire

equipment and systems, fire protection and recovery of the regulated

substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases contained in them. Governing the

the conditions for their collection for recycling, reprocessing and storage of

because of their extraordinary use to ensure basic

the needs of the State (the critical uses, process agents, special

use to ensure the health and life of humans, use in science and research

etc.) or their destruction.
