The Czech National Council decided on the following Act:
PART THE FIRST
Establishment and scope of Chamber of veterinary surgeons
§ 1
(1) there is hereby established the Chamber of veterinary surgeons, based in the Czech Republic
Brno (hereinafter referred to as the "Chamber").
(2) the Chamber is an autonomous professional organisation bringing together animal health
doctor.
(3) the Chamber is a legal person.
§ 2
(1) the Chamber of Commerce
and) shall ensure that the members of the Chamber of Commerce carried out their jobs professionally, in accordance with the
his ethics and in the manner laid down by the generally binding legal regulations and
rules of the Chamber and shall inform the members of the Chamber and visiting
Veterinary Surgeons (Section 5a) on the law and professional
regulations relating to the exercise of the profession of veterinary surgeon
the territory of the Czech Republic and on the recognition of professional competence
veterinarian on the territory of the Czech Republic,
(b)) provides expertise of its members and has confirmed that the conditions for the exercise of
professional veterinary activities
c) promotes and defends the rights and professional, social and economic interests of
its members,
(d) to protect the honor of their professional) members,
(e)) maintains a list of members,
(f)), issue a certificate of compliance with the conditions for pursuing the veterinary treatment and
preventive activities laid down by the veterinary Act and the confirmation of the
length of membership in the Chamber, and, where appropriate, the certificate of other facts
under this Act, the veterinary Act and according to the law on the recognition of
the professional qualifications of ^ 1)
g) works with the Chambers of Commerce of veterinary surgeons or similar
legal persons in the Member States of the European Union, on the other
Contracting States to the agreement on the European economic area and in the

§ 3

PART TWO
Membership in the Chamber
§ 4
(1) the veterinary doctor, who performs on the territory of the Czech Republic

§ 5

Section 5a
(1) the veterinarian of the Member State of the European Union, which is a public
national of a Member State of the European Union and in the territory of the United

(4) the provisions concerning the rights and obligations of the members of the Chamber of Commerce to hosting
the veterinarian likewise apply, with the exception of section 6 (1). 1 (b). and)

PART THREE
The rights and obligations of the members of the Chamber
§ 6
(1) a member of the Chamber of Commerce has the right to

PART FOUR
The Authorities Of The Comoros
§ 8
(1) the basic articles of the Chamber are the Association of veterinary surgeons in
the districts of ^ 2) (hereinafter referred to as "the district"). District associations, may

§ 9

§ 10

§ 11

§ 12

§ 14

PART FIVE
Disciplinary proceedings
§ 17

(3) an appeal shall be decided by a panel of the Senate appointed by the Board of
Chamber of the Board of Directors (the "Board of appeal").

PART SIX
§ 19
The scope of the Ministry of agriculture
