The Ministry of transport determined in accordance with section 52 of Act No. 114/1995 Coll., on
inland waterway, as amended by Act No. 359/1999 Coll., Act No.
118/2004 Coll., Act No. 309/2008 Coll. and Act No. 187/2014 Coll. (hereinafter the

PART THE FIRST
GENERAL PROVISIONS AND THE USE OF WATERWAYS
§ 1
The basic concepts

§ 4

§ 6
The maximum allowed dimensions of vessels and vessels report

§ 9

§ 12
