REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
of 11 December. January 1, 2010
on the branches of specialized training and designation of expertise
health care workers with specialised competence
The Government ordered pursuant to section 90 of the paragraph. 1 of law No 96/2004 Coll., on conditions for
acquisition and recognition of competence for the exercise of paramedical
the profession and to the performance of the activities related to the provision of health
care and amending certain related laws (the law on the non-medical
Health occupations), as amended by Act No. 189/2008 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) the Subjects of specialized training and designation of expertise
health care workers with specialised competence (hereinafter referred to as
"specialist") are set out in annex 1 to this regulation.
(2) convert the specialization according to the previous legislation on scopes
on-the-job training referred to in annex 1 to this regulation and
designation of the expertise of the specialists is shown in annex 2 to this
of the regulation.
§ 2
Converting a specialised competence according to annex 2 to this
Regulation is without prejudice to the specialized competence obtained by
the earlier legislation. This fact is demonstrated by the competent
a document certifying the acquisition of specialised competence according to
the earlier legislation.
§ 3
The inclusion of health care workers on the day of the entry into force of this
Regulation to specialized education by earlier legislation
It completes the legislation under the earlier legislation.
§ 4
Government Regulation No. 463/2004 Coll., laying down of specialized scopes
training and designation of health care workers with the skills
specialized competences, is hereby repealed.
§ 5
This Regulation shall enter into force on the fifteenth day following the date of its publication.
