Parliament has passed the following Act of the Czech Republic:



§ 1

(1) Subsidies from the State budget (hereinafter referred to as "grants") provides

legal persons engaged in the activities of schools and educational institutions

registered in the school register, "^ 1") that are not set up by the State,

§ 3

§ 5

(6) If a legal person shall submit to the County Office to 31. January request

to increase the subsidy for the next school year, together with documents certifying

compliance with the conditions referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4, the regional authority shall conclude a contract on the

§ 6



The rules for the granting of subsidies



(1) the subsidy shall be granted for the school year as a deposit on each quarter

the calendar year, not later than the last day of the first month of the first,

quarter. The annual amount of the subsidy granted shall be determined in accordance with section 4 and 5.



(2) the subsidy shall be granted according to the actual number of children, pupils or students

in the school or the school facilities, in various fields and forms

training, beds, consumed with revenge or other units specified

special legal regulation 6a) ^ ^ referred to in school registers for

the school year, but not exceeding the amount of the allowed number of children, pupils

or the students in the school or the school facilities, in various fields, and

(4) If during the school year finds the Czech school inspection or

another supervisory authority of the serious shortcomings in the activities of the legal person,

Transitional provisions

Section 7a
