By which profits are placed in favor of the Community Mothers on Social Security and the Pension Benefit is granted. Summary
THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. MEMBERSHIP. Community Mothers Community Homes program of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, will join with their families to the tax regime of General Social Security System in Health and creditors of all care and economic benefits will be derived therefrom. PARAGRAPH 1.
. The contribution base for settlement of contributions destined to social security by community mothers as well as economic benefits will take into account the amounts actually receive Community Mothers in respect of credit provided by the regulations of the Colombian Institute Family Welfare. PARAGRAPH 2.
. To finance the affiliation to the tax regime of the family group of community mothers shall apply the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Law 509 of 1999, subject to the progression of universal coverage established by Article 9 of Law 1122 2007. Effective Notes
. QUOTATION. Community Mothers quoted monthly as a contribution to the General System of Social Security in Health a value equal to four percent (4%) of the amount they receive by way of bonus Colombian Institute of Family Welfare.
PARÁGRAFO. Administrators of Household Welfare Program Organizations will raise the amounts mentioned, by retaining and rotating the percentage described the Promotion Entity Health, EPS, chosen by the Community Mother, within the time provided by law for the payment of quotes. Editor's Notes
ARTICLE 3. The General System of Social Security in Health recognize the EPS chosen by the beneficiary, the corresponding Units Capitation Payment Contributory Scheme values, transferring the necessary resources from the sub-account of solidarity subaccount compensation values corresponding to Units subsidized capitation payment. ARTICLE 4. The difference resulting from the Capitation Payment Units -UPC, subsidized, not covered by the contributions of the Community Mothers referred to the 2nd article. of this law and the transfers provided by the 3rd article. thereof, will be satisfied with the percentage needed, yields produced by the Solidarity Fund and Guarantee -Fosyga-, for which, authorizing the National Council of Social Security in Health, ordering the turn to the subaccount compensation, the corresponding values. PARAGRAPH 1.
. In any case resources from the allocated in the National Development Plan for the subsidized regime sustainability of this special regime will be guaranteed. PARAGRAPH 2.

The 5th ARTICLE. In accordance with the provisions of Law 100 of 1993, in accordance with the provisions of CONPES 2753 of December 21, 1994, the Pension Solidarity Fund will subsidize the contributions to the general pension scheme of the Community Mothers, whatever their age provided they have completed at least one (1) year of service as such.
ARTICLE 6o. The amount of subsidy will be equal to eighty percent (80%) of the total contribution for pension and its duration will be extended for the term in which the Community Mother exercise this activity.
ARTICLE 7. The Pension Solidarity Fund administered in a separate account, the resources of the National Government to cover the subsidy to the contributions of community mothers that treats this law.
Article 8. This law repeals all provisions that are contrary.
Article 9. This law shall enter into force on the date of promulgation.
