COLOMBIA CONGRESS
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 1o. On the occasion of the July 21, 1996, eight (8) year anniversary of the death of the Compositor, Artilista and Director of the Costeño Francisco "Pacho Galan", the Colombian Nation exalta its memory, and In his tribute the construction and endowment of the Casa de la Cultura de Soledad, Atlantico, "Francisco Pacho Galán", for which the Nation is linked within the co-financing of the work by seventy percent.
ARTICLE 2o. The National Government through the Ministry of Education will have the co-financing of seventy percent for the construction and endowment of the previous article, which will have a library, hemeroteca, music room and concerts, conference room and other facilities that allow the strengthening of the culture of the coast, especially of the soledeno people.
ARTICLE 3o. The National Government will appropriate the corresponding budget items for compliance with this law.
ARTICLE 4. This law governs from the date of its enactment.
