Effective partially amending

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. The title of Decree Law 1301 of 1994 will read:
"Whereby the Health Service of the Armed Forces, the National Police and civilian personnel of the Ministry of National Defense and the staff is organized not uniformed National, as well as its decentralized entities "police.
Article 2.

"Article 1. ARTICLE 3. the numeral 3 of article 5. of Decree 1301 of 1994 shall read as follows:

ARTICLE 6o. Adiciónese paragraph 1 of Article 6. Decree 1301 of 1994 with a new literal way:
g) Students of undergraduate and graduate medical and paramedical providing services in the UPS SMP and not financially dependent on their parents. Their contributions will be subsidized by 50% by the Guarantee Fund for Solidarity and Social Security System in Health.

ARTICLE 7. Undergraduate students and Graduate medical and paramedical serving in the UPS SMP, will be subject to the benefits and duties enshrined in Decree 1038 of June 20, 1995 in relevant part.

Article 8. The 7th article. Decree Law 1301 1994 a numeral is added as follows:
three. For members set out in paragraph 1, letter g, of Article 6. of this Decree, be yours beneficiaries as follows:
a) The spouse or companion or permanent companion affiliate. In the case of mate (a) permanent only when the joining is more than two (2) years
b) Children under 18 years of either spouse, who are part of the household and who are financially dependent affiliate,

Article 9. Article 9o. Decree Law 1301 of 1994 is added a numeral, thus:

Article 10. Paragraph 1o. Article 11 of Decree Law 1301 of 1994 shall be as follows:.
"PARAGRAPH 1. When the medical-care care of a member who is on active duty in the Armed Forces, the National Police or the Ministry of Defence national or their beneficiaries must be paid abroad, for being the affiliate commission, the SMP guarantees full provision of all medical care services and emergency without prior approval.


ARTICLE 11. Articles 13, 15 and 18 of Decree Law 1301 of 1994 they added a paragraph, as follows:
"Paragraph The provisions of this article shall apply to members referred. paragraph 1, letter g, of Article 6. of this Decree. the provision of health services resulting from accidents at work and occupational diseases, as well as recognition of economic and welfare benefits for such members shall be the responsibility of the System General Risk Professionals dealing law 100 of 1993.

ARTICLE 12. Article 20 of Decree law 1301 of 1994 is added a paragraph, as follows:
"paragraph 4o. The base income for affiliates to paragraph 1, letter g, of Article 6 is concerned. of this Decree shall be established by Law 100 of 1993 and its implementing regulations.

ARTICLE 13. The numeral 5, Article 29 of Decree Law 1301 of 1994 will read:
5. Units of the Ministry of National Defense, the National Police and the connected or linked to decentralized entities responsible Ministry of National Defense to support SMP with information on personnel.
A) Social Benefits Division of the Ministry of National Defense and the National Police
b) Staff offices or their equivalents of the Cabinet, the General Command of the Armed Forces, the Army Command, the command of the Navy command of the Colombian Air Force Recruiting Units of the Directorate General of the National Police and the connected decentralized entities or linked to the Ministry of National Defense.

ARTICLE 14. Article 73 of Decree Law 1301 of 1994 shall be as follows:..
"Article 73. Uniformed military personnel or of the National Police Service Commission in

The Director of each Prestadora Health Services Unit shall, in any case, the priority of health care for members and beneficiaries of the SMP.

ARTICLE 15. Article 74 of Decree Law 1301 of 1994 will read:
"Article 74 civilian personnel occupationally linked Subsystem Health of Military Forces Civilian personnel occupationally linked to the Health System. the Armed Forces shall be subject to the following rules:

ARTICLE 16.
replace in subparagraph a of paragraph 4, Article 29 and Article 81 of Decree Law 1301 of 1994 the name "coordinating health units" by "Addresses Health".

Article 17. This Law governs from the date of publication and repeal the provisions that are contrary.
