By which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the sesquicentennial of the National School Santa Librada city Neiva, Huila department.
CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES
:
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the sesquicentennial celebration of Santa Librada National School, located in Neiva, Huila; high school campus, which belongs to the nation and has provided throughout its existence a fruitful contribution to education in the country.
Article 2.
. Since the enactment of this law, authorized al National Government, through the Ministry of Education to be planned and developed the following works through co-financing projects in accordance with Law 60 of 1993 and other relevant provisions :
a) Remodeling and repair of the physical plant;
B) Construction and upgrading of the required to implement the educational program diversification of the College physical plant;
C) Provision of tools and educational materials.

ARTICLE 3. Nation through the Ministry of Education, will impose the awards and recognitions that it owed School Site taxed, for its significant educational life of the youth huilense contribution.

ARTICLE 4. The National Government is empowered to, in strict compliance with the National Development Plan and the plans and educational programs, perform the corresponding operations.
