Whereby the memory of illustrious Colombian and former President, Manuel Antonio Sanclemente
ARTICLE 1o . Nation honors the memory of the illustrious Colombian, Doctor Manuel Antonio sanclemente and pays tribute of admiration emphasizes his deep love and dedication to justice and as an example to present and future generations his illustrious patriotism and righteousness proba citizen.
Article 2.
. The Nation constitute a Commission of honors for the transfer of the mortal remains of Dr. Manuel Antonio Sanclemente, to the city of Buga, his homeland and where especially mausoleum located in the small square of the newly restored Palace of Justice seat of the High Court, he founded, will rest.

ARTICLE 3. In the Palace of Justice in Buga, which will rest the mortal remains of former President, he will exalt and honor his memory permanently and tomb a marble plaque with the inscription will be placed: "The Congress of the Republic honors the memory of President of Colombia, Doctor Manuel Antonio Sanclemente and extols its virtues as an outstanding driver and illustrious republished ". The plate shall bear the date on which this law are punished.

ARTICLE 4. Authorize the National Government to make budgetary operations that requires compliance with this Act and the implementation of programs, contracts and administrative acts will be held to honor the memory of the illustrious former Colombian president.
