which are recognized to the Colombian Academies of Church History and the Academy of Economic Sciences character of national academies.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. Recognize the Colombian Academy of Ecclesiastical History and the Academy of Economic Sciences the character of National Academies, headquartered in Medellin, by his inveterate service to the country in the fields of history, literature, human promotion and recognition of our own tradition and culture spiritual values.
Article 2.
. In order to give participation to the scientific community in the decision making process of government and development mainly of Articles 71 and 355 of the Constitution of Colombia, the Colombian Academy of Economic Sciences, foundation non-profit, will be organ consultation and advice from the National Government and Congress on matters to them own.

ARTICLE 3. Authorize the Government to include the Colombian Academy of Ecclesiastical History and the Academy of Economic Sciences as one of the institutions at that level receive state support.

ARTICLE 4. This Law governs from the date of its enactment.
