By which the Nation is associated with the celebration of 50 years of the National Lyceum College Almirante Padilla Municipality of Riohacha in the Guajira Department

tHE CONGRESS oF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of 50 years of the National High School Almirante Padilla College and exalts the extraordinary work on behalf of education in the Department of La Guajira, with the most noble efforts to stimulate the culture of the region, spread and defend respect for science, freedoms, the formation of the best values ​​and the departmental progress.
Article 2.
. Congress reiterates its tribute of admiration to the authorities, teachers and students, under whose signs and inspiration has been constructed identity and respectability that has earned him the recognition of the educational community in general.

ARTICLE 3. The Government, through the Ministry of Education appropriated items in the national budget to run at the headquarters of the National College High School Almirante Padilla the following works:
- complete overhaul of the current physical plant.
- Construction and equipping of new facilities that allow to have at least ten (10) new classrooms for classes; a lounge for teachers and library lounge.
- Definition spacious and better recreation areas.
- Provide the college an endowment that includes a power plant with sufficient capacity in relation to the amplitude of the school; two (2) new buses; new laboratories for chemistry, physics and biology and implements for physical education, as well as updating the titles for the library.

ARTICLE 4. This law governs since its enactment.
