For which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 50 years of existence of the National Liceo College Admiral Padilla of the Municipality of Riohax in the Department of Guajira
COLOMBIA CONGRESS
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the 50 years of existence of the Admiral Padilla National Liceo College and exalts the extraordinary work for the benefit of the education of the Department of the Guajira, with the utmost effort to stimulate the culture of the region, to disseminate and defend respect for science, freedoms, the formation of the best values and departmental progress.
ARTICLE 2o. The National Congress reiterates its tribute of admiration to the authorities, the teachers and the students, under whose signs and inspiration the identity and respectability has been built. gained recognition from the education community in general.
ARTICLE 3o. The National Government, through the Ministry of Education, will appropriate the items in the National Budget to execute the following works at the headquarters of the Admiral Padilla National Liceo College:
-Total repair of the current physical plant.
-Construction and endowment of new facilities that will allow at least 10 (ten) new classrooms, for classes; a classroom for teachers and a room for library.
-Defining large and better recreation areas.
-To provide the college with an endowment that includes an electric plant with sufficient capacity in relation to the amplitude of the school; two (2) new buses; new laboratories of chemistry, physics and biology and implements for physical education, to the same as updating the titles for the library.
ARTICLE 4. This Law governs since its enactment.
