in the field of criminal proceedings
COLOMBIA CONGRESS
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 1o. When in compliance with the provisions of a law that decrees amnesty, it empowers the Government to grant pardons or to provide for the cessation of proceedings in the development of a policy of reconciliation, the cessation of proceedings has been ordered, there shall be a place in any state of the process to the full application of the principles of favorability and res judicata. Likewise, the exercise of criminal action shall be exhausted in respect of persons benefiting from all the facts which are the subject of the action and if appropriate the file of the file shall be ordered.
ARTICLE 2o. This Law governs since its enactment.
