Why some provisions are issued
in criminal procedure

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. When in accordance with the provisions of a law decreeing amnesty, empowers the government to grant pardons or provide for the termination of proceedings in developing a policy of reconciliation, has been ordered cessation of procedure, there shall be in any stage of the process to full implementation of the principles of res judicata and favorability. Likewise, the exercise of criminal action will be exhausted in respect of the beneficiaries against all the facts of the same and if it is from the record to be ordered.
Article 2.
