Article IV, paragraph 1, was amended to read as follows: the municipal administration of administrative law enforcement services is the administrative authority for cooking garbage collection and disposal in this city, with the supervisory body established to undertake day-to-day law enforcement oversight, and the city's four districts are specifically responsible for the regulation of catering and environmentally sound disposal within the territory.

The “Environmental protection, public safety management” was added before paragraph 2 of this article.

Article 7 adds “the full payment of the catering for the disposal of the garbage and the introduction of the two income and expenditure line management” as paragraph 3.

iii. Amendments to “public” in article 8, paragraph 1, to “Government purchase services”; changes to the “licens of services” as “a service agreement”; and changes to the “without access to services” in paragraph 2.

Amendments to Article 10 shall be made to: The kitchen garbage shall be made available to the receiving units of the services agreement under Article 8 of this scheme.

In Article 7, paragraphs 2, 8, 9, subparagraph (ii), and in article 20, the Urban Environmental Protection Administrative Authority was amended to read “The Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Department”; and in Article 12, paragraph 2, 13, Article 14.

Amendments to Article 14. “No licence to receive and dispose of services” are “without the signing of the agreement on receipt, disposal services”.

Article 15 was amended to read: In violation of this approach, no kitchen garbage was signed, and the urban administration was responsible for the cessation of receipts, and the collection of kitchen garbage collected in violation of the provisions of this scheme was carried out by units that were signed under the law, and a fine of up to $3000 million.

Article 5

The Government of the city should grant recognition and incentives to units and individuals that make significant achievements in the disposal and resource use of cooking garbage.

Article 6. The kitchen garbage should be collected by the kitchen garbage and other living garbage, and no dumping of the garbage.

Article 7. The kitchen garbage units shall pay the catering and disposal fee in accordance with the prescribed standards, in accordance with the type and quantity of garbage.

Article 8. Article 10. The kitchen garbage shall be made available to the recipient units of the services agreement established under Article 8 of this scheme.

Article 11 prohibits the direct use of garbage as a livestock feeder.

All units and individuals are entitled to lodge complaints and reports of violations of the units and individuals set out in the catering system.

The urban administration administration administration, after having received reports and complaints, should be promptly investigated, processed and informed of the results or the complainant.

In violation of this approach, there are one of the following acts, which are being corrected by the urban administration of administrative law enforcement authorities, which is not reformulated and fined by more than 500,000 dollars:
