Article 3

Article IV. Requirements for local work are included in the current financial budget.

Article 5

(i) Advocacy, implementation of laws, regulations, regulations and policies relating to the work of local logs;

(ii) Develop local log planning and codification programmes;

(iii) Organization, guidance, promotion, inspection and evaluation of local logs;
