Article 2 of the provisional regulations for the maintenance of tax construction in the city of Yangan Province is amended to read: “The taxpayer referred to in article 2 of the Regulations means the payment of consumer taxes, value added taxes, units and individuals operating taxes”. Contents

Amendments to the treatment of medical damage in the province of Yunnan to article 3, paragraph 1, of the “Prevention of medical accidents” are “the Regulations on the treatment of medical accidents”, and delete “and the Rules for the Implementation of the Treatment of Medical Accidents in the Province of Yunnan”. (i) Amendments to regulations relating to administrative approval

Delete Article 3 of the Rules for the Management of Recycled Vehicles in the Province of Yunnan.

Amendments to Article 4, paragraph 2, of the Protocol for the Approval of the Production of Livestock in the Province of Yunnan are “reviewed by the State (commune) authorities of the pastoral veterinary veterinary administration, approval by the provincial authorities” as “administrative authorities of livestock veterinary (at the district, district)”. Amendments to Article 4, paragraph 3, “Reviewed by the authorities of the district (communes, districts) of the pastoral veterinary veterinary, the State (communes) administrative authorities for livestock veterinary veterinary, etc.” are “approved by the authorities of the district (commune, district) and livestock”. Amendments to article 13, paragraph 8, of the Prospects for Mining in the Province of Yanganang were made to “application of the right to prospecting at the national expense for exploration of minerals, and the submission of the relevant material for the assessment, preparation and disposal of the prospecting price”. Paragraph 12 of article 25 reads as follows: “Application for a State to visit mineral mining rights shall also be submitted to the relevant certified material for the assessment, preparation and disposal of mining rights”. Contents

Article 28 would be amended to read: “The transfer of the right of a State to conduct a survey of mining mined land without compensation shall pay the mining power price as assessed by law.” Contents

Amendments to article 9, “and approved by the administrative authorities responsible for the registration of the right to transfer of mineral resources”, in article 9, of the Mining Exchange in the Province of Yunnan. Contents

Article 11 should be amended to read: “In the transfer of mining rights, involving a survey of government funds and a visit to mining sites shall be evaluated by an assessment body with the competence to assess the mining value portion of the Government's contribution, and the assessment report shall be submitted to the Prospects, the mining rights registry authority. (ii) Amendments to regulations relating to commercial registration

Delete the “Removal” in Article 8 of the Regulations on the Management of Removable Vehicles in the Province of Yunnan (“and to report local public safety, business sector to deal with the Special Industries Licence” and the Business Licence”). Contents

Delete the licensing authorization for the production of livestock in Yangan province in Article 3 of the Protocol “the applicant's licence for the operation of the production of livestock in the form of a business registration under the law and the acquisition of a licence for business may engage in the production of livestock in the event of a manufacturer”. Amendments to Article 17, paragraph 1, of the Mangan Small-Finance Corporation Management Approach to the Province of Yunnan read as follows:

Amendments to article 26, paragraph 1, of the Yunnan Product Management Approach to “Removal from the quality supervision of all levels of government departments” are “a quality monitoring inspection conducted in accordance with the law”. Contents

Amendments to Article 11, paragraph 1, of the Prospects for Mining and Value Management in the Province of Yunnan are “specialized for mineral resource mapping, geological disaster control, mineral resource protection” as “special reference to basic geological surveys, mining resource surveys, geological disaster control, mineral resources protection, mineral resource protection, geological legacy protection and geological environmental monitoring”. Article 10 of the State-owned land collection and use management approach in the province of Yunnan was amended to read: “State land for solicitation is not in line with the scope of the Root Lands List, which must be paid. The solicitation company shall pay a credit to the Government in accordance with a contract agreement to make the payment of the treasury. Contents

In article 20 of the Nunnan National Scholarship Scheme (Time pilot) of the General Higher School of the Province, “shall be determined in principle in accordance with the ratio of 20 per cent in school life, the standard of 6,000 per person in the school year” as “The proportion of loans and the application of credits are carried out in accordance with the specific criteria set by the State”. The specific amount of loans for borrowing students in 20 articles was amended in principle by a maximum of 6,000 dollars per person per year in principle, in accordance with the country's specific criteria. Contents
