Article 28 No unit or individual may destroy the satellite positioning device and malicious human interference shielding means of satellite positioning signals can not be tampered with satellite positioning device data.

Article 29 satellite positioning system platform should provide continuous, reliable technical services to ensure that the vehicle dynamic monitoring data is true, accurate, ensure monitoring service platform system safe and stable operation.

(a) satellite positioning device and malicious destruction of human interference, shielded satellite positioning device signal;

(ii) fabrication, falsification, delete dynamic monitoring data of the vehicle.

Article 39 in violation of the provisions of road traffic accidents, with Article 36, Article 37, Article 38 circumstances, be held criminally relevant personnel responsibility; constitutes a crime, be held criminally responsible.
