Chapter I General
Article 1 ensures the quality of foams and protects the physical health of the people, in accordance with the Department of State's Ordinance on the Control of Bloods and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

Chapter II
Article 6

(vi) Other work in the management of the foam industry.
The Government's Commodity Distribution Administration Department in Article 7 (market) is responsible for the management of foams in this administrative region (other than in the area of the Principality of Planning in the city of Kycle) and is subject to the supervision and guidance of the commodating authorities. Its responsibilities are:
(i) Follow-up to national and provincial, municipal laws, regulations and regulations relating to the management of foams and conduct regular oversight management;

Chapter III

(vi) Facilities for the environmentally sound treatment of foams and foam products;
(vii) There is a need for testing equipment, poisoning facilities, insecticide-treated medicines and sewage treatment facilities;
(viii) Scillary technicians who have obtained health certificates and professional training of qualified certificates in accordance with the law;
(ix) A person with a specialized or part-time physical quality test;
(x) There are other preventive, sanitation conditions consistent with the provisions of the animal protection and food health law.
Article 10
The newly constructed ethroid dying plant (ground) must meet the requirements of scale, factoryization, mechanicalization.
Article 12, paragraph 1, of the present Article provides for the production of diameters (grounds) that have been approved prior to the promulgation of the present article, which must be scaled up, factoryization, mechanical transformation, and are not prohibited by the requirement.

Article 18
(i) The dying of pyrethroids must be accompanied by quarantine certificates from the sanitary surveillance bodies;

(iii) Unless sanitary and quarantine pyrethroid products may not be taken from plants (grounds) and syllabuses and their products must be treated in an environmentally sound manner under the supervision of animal quarantine personnel;
(iv) Scillary pyrethroid products must be stored and no pollutant with blood, burial, etc.;
(v) Psychologically qualified foam products subject to quarantine surveillance, which must be supplemented by animal protection monitoring bodies, and by quantification.
Article 19 prohibits the falsification, alteration and transfer of quarantine certificates, tests.
Article 20
(i) Establish a rigorous physical quality test management system. Physical quality testing must be carried out in parallel with the dying of foams, and registration of the results of physical tests and the treatment of the substance;
(ii) To test qualified foam products with physical quality, the seals and hard-copiers for the testing of qualified physical tests should be added, vouchers from the Check Chlora Station in the town of Kymin (ground);

Chapter V Market management

(iii) The sale may be made available to the market after the release of the sanitary surveillance body.
Chapter VI Legal responsibility

Article 40 rejects, hinders administrative law enforcement officials from carrying out their duties under the law and punishes them by the public security authorities in accordance with the Regulations on the Safety and Security of the People's Republic of China; constitutes an offence punishable by law.
Article 40 Bloods, supervisors are subject to training, prequalification, access to legal documents to induction, censorship enforcement, and administrative dispositions such as warnings, negligence, dismissal, etc., constitute criminal liability under the law, resulting in loss of damages, and reparations under the law:

Article 42 does not determine administrative penalties and may apply to administrative review or administrative proceedings in accordance with the law.
Chapter VII
Article 43 quarantine, testing, supervision and management reference to cattle, sheep and their animals is implemented.
Article 44
