Chapter I General
In order to strengthen the protection and management of protected areas of the mancipulated sites, this approach has been developed in line with the Law on the Protection of the Human Rights of Cultural Objects and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.
The mancipulated sites referred to in this approach refer specifically to the old sites of the Central South Bureau and the G-8 Roads Restruction Office and the central sites of the Central American Cooperation Centre, two of which are published by the Department of State.
The mancipulated area refers to regions created under the People's Republic of China Act on the Protection of Cultural Objects. The area of mancipulated sites consists of the scope of protection and the scope of control, as well as different management.
The scope and control of the protected area of the mancipulated sites, with the approval of the Government of the city planning administration and the subsidiaries, the Government of the people of the Slave dams, provides programmes in accordance with the principles of effective protection and reasonable utilization.
The management structure of the pyrethroid sites (hereinafter referred to as the protected area management) is specifically responsible for the protection and management of the ethroid sites.
Article 3. Any units and individuals in the area of protection of the mancipulated sites must be respected.

The specific scope of the commission is subject to review by the Commission and is improved by law.
Relevant departments, such as planning, construction, municipal, environmental, land, gardening, forestry, artisanals, public safety, transport, health, tourism and business administration, should work in coordination with the management of protected areas of mancipulated sites in accordance with their respective responsibilities.
Article 5 protected area management should take full advantage of the resources of the mandating sites and play the role of patrioticism and revolutionary traditional education.
Chapter II Planning and construction
Article 6 protects, builds and utilizes protected areas of mangrove sites and requires overall planning and detailed planning.
The overall planning of the manoeuvres is prepared by the Government of the municipality in planning, building, artefacts, management committees and the people's government of the sites.
Details of the planning of mancousal protected areas are prepared by the Urban Planning Administration Board with the Commission and the relevant units, and are submitted to the Government of the urban population for approval in accordance with the overall planning organization of the mancipulated sites.
Article 7. Planning for the development of mandating sites must be guided by the following principles:
(i) In conformity with the provisions of the laws, regulations and regulations governing the protection and use of the resources of the material;
(ii) In line with the overall urban planning and land-use planning;
(iii) Maintaining the original landscape of natural landscapes and human landscapes, protecting the ecological environment of the protected areas of the mancipulated sites, and building facilities should be coordinated with the environment of the protected areas of the maneuvres.
Article 8 Planning for the Mandatory Clinic Zone shall be strictly enforced by any unit and individual. In cases where special circumstances warrant adjustments, changes in the overall planning or detailed planning of the mandating sites must be restructured, modified or reported in accordance with the original approval process.
Article 9. Buildings and constructions already in place in the area of the protected areas of the mancipulated sites should be relocated on a time-bound basis in the context of the protection of protected areas of the manoeuvres; and governance should be limited within the scope of the control of the protected areas of the manifold sites.
Chapter III Protection and management
Article 10. Memorial buildings, monuments, historical sites and natural landscapes such as vegetation, geomorphology, mountains, etc. in the pyrethroid sites, should be protected.
Any units and individuals have the obligation to protect the resources of the mandating sites, the environment of the mancipulated sites, and have the right to detect and combat the destruction of the resources of the mandating sites, pollution of the protected areas.
In the context of the protection of the pyrethroid sites, no new construction, alteration, construction and construction of buildings, except for protective maintenance, improvement of infrastructure or rehabilitation of the original memorial. Due to special circumstances, the approval of the Government of the city shall be submitted after the approval of the municipal authorities.
Within the scope of protected area control of the mancipulated sites, new construction, alteration, expansion, construction and construction must be aligned with the planning of the mancipulated sites and, with the consent of the municipal property administration authorities, the approval process is in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Article 14. The income generated by the resources of mandating sites in the context of the protection of the pyrethroid sites should be earmarked for the protection, construction and management of protected areas.
Article 15. The use of mancipulated sites resources for films, television (other than television news coverage) shall be approved by the National Correspondents Administration authorities and pay the material storage and related costs to the protected area management authorities.
Article 16 prohibits:
(i) Difficulties, chewing trees and extractive flowers and damage to public-use facilities;
(ii) Prepared, criticized, posted and published in articies, landscapes, forests, buildings and other facilities;
(iii) Exhibiting activities, cascabo and alcoholism;
(iv) Recklessly set up points to sell goods;
(v) burning of trees, bricks, garbage, smoking in the area of fire;
(vi) Scillions of construction materials, fuel-prone items, etc.;
(vii) Deforestation, desertion, grazing, hunting, construction of graves (cemeters) and dumping of garbage, residues and residues that do not meet national-mand emission standards;
(viii) The establishment of a transit route network for self-help (please);
(ix) Secreation projects such as Google, dance;
(x) Other acts prohibited by law, regulations and regulations.
No unit or individual may unauthorized logging.
Gang trees in the area of the dislocation of mangroves are prohibited.

Article 18 collects species marks in the context of the protection of protected areas of the mancipulated sites, with the consent of the protected area's management bodies, which are collected at the time of the designated location.

Article 21 occupies and excavations of roads within the context of the protection of protected areas of the mancipulated sites should be agreed by the protected area management bodies and procedures.
Article 2
Article 23 shall take measures to manage the sanitation and catering services in the context of the protection of protected areas of the Vieques.
Article 24 should strengthen the security work within the protected areas of the mancipulated sites to ensure good public order. The safety of visitors should be ensured through the development and implementation of emergency pre-empts to visit security evacuations during the peak period.
The protected area management should perform fire safety duties, improve firefighting facilities and prevent fire occurrence.
Chapter IV Legal responsibility
Article 25 deals with violations of this approach by:
(i) In the area of protection of the mancipulated, painted or damaged in the area of the protection of the mancipulated sites, the relocation of a warrant by the protected area, resulting in economic losses, and compensation for damages, which may be fined under the law of $200,000;

Article 27 of the Commission, the executive authorities of the property, the relevant administration and the management of protected areas and their staff members who play a role in neglect, abuse of authority, bribes, provocative fraud, are governed by law by the unit of the institution, the superior body or the inspectorate; and the alleged offender is transferred to the judiciary for criminal responsibility.
Chapter V
The original provisions of Article 28 at all levels of the city and their respective sectors are inconsistent with this approach.
Article 29 of this approach is implemented effective 15 October 2004.
