Article I, in order to strengthen the quality of food products management, prevent the contamination of food-used agricultural products in the production, operation, processing process or the inclusion of substances harmful to human beings, guarantee the safety of the people's life, and develop this approach in line with relevant national laws, regulations and regulations.
The food-used agricultural products referred to in this approach (hereinafter referred to as agricultural products) are naturally generated by cultivation, breeding, fishing or man-made harvesting, without processing or processing of products available to human food.
Agricultural inputs as described in this approach refer to seeds used in the course of breeding, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, veterinary medicines, feeds and feed additives, fisheries production information and flora and fauna.
The quality of food products referred to in this approach means that the production, operation, processing of agricultural products must meet national, provincial, municipal or industrial standards and guarantee food security.
Article 3 Agricultural administrative authorities are the integrated coordination sector for the quality of agricultural products. In accordance with their respective responsibilities, the relevant sectors such as food medicine surveillance, trade, business, health, quality technical supervision, environmental protection, access to entry tests, water administration, urban administration and administrative law enforcement will be managed with agricultural administration authorities.
Article IV Agricultural administrative authorities, as well as relevant administrations, have been established by the Quarantine Monitor under the law to test products in the areas of production, circulation and processing, respectively.
Other testing bodies established by law and with corresponding qualifications may be entrusted by producers, operators and test the quality of agricultural products.
The full market for agricultural products, the distribution centre, the supermarket, the trading market, the production of processing enterprises, the warehousing industry should establish a monitoring body or commission other testing agencies to carry out self-assessment of the products produced and operated by them and be responsible for their quality safety.
Article 5 provides for the testing of agricultural products that are not in accordance with quality safety standards, or containing products containing national orders for the use of drugs, to be dealt with in an environmentally sound manner by the relevant executive branch; and that they cannot be treated in an environmentally sound manner should be destroyed.

Article 6. Governments at all levels should be able to plan for productive sites consistent with quality safety standards, which should be based on environmental quality standards, health requirements and urban overall planning.

The use of sewerage and solid wastes for agricultural production should be treated in a sound manner and meet national standards.
Article 8. In the course of breeding of agricultural products, agricultural inputs should be used in a reasonable manner by law to promote the use of efficient, low-toxic, low-nutrition pesticides (including fruits and herbicides), prohibiting the use of pyrethroids in fruits, vegetables, tea, intoxication, high-toxicity, residue pesticides and their hybrid preparations. The use of biological products such as veterinary, fish and antibiotics in the course of raising is prohibited.
The unit operating agricultural inputs should introduce the identity registration system for the sale of blends, high-toxicity, high-removable pesticides and their hybrid preparations, and should indicate, in the sale, the use of pesticides, the use, use, and the use of poisoning and first-aid measures.

Article 12
(i) The use of toxic substances containing prohibited pesticides, veterinary medicines, fish pharmacies or hypermarks.
(ii) Use of substances harmful to human health.
(iii) There is no test, quantification or other qualified evidence.
(iv) Fering or intrusing of product symbols or product certificates, such as jeopardy, green, organic food.
(v) Other violations of national food quality health safety regulations.
Article 13 retroactive systems for the processing of agricultural products. Any agricultural products entering the city shall be inspected, quantified or otherwise qualified by the supplier or contractor, indicating the origin.
Article 14. The following is the responsibility for the quality safety of agricultural products entering and processing sites:
(i) Establish a system of responsibility for quality safety of products.
(ii) Identification of products tests, quarantine certificates and other products.
(iii) Coordinate with the inspection of products by the quarantine monitoring body.
(iv) Accepted inspection of the quality of agricultural products processed for them.
(v) Coordinate with the relevant executive to monitor the quality of products.
Article 15: The executive authorities in agriculture and the subject of the farming market shall be subject to a quality safety demonstration system; a demonstration in the place of the transaction is made as follows:
(i) Procedural of non-qualified agricultural products and their operators.
(ii) Self-exclusive agricultural products and their operators.
(iii) Handicapped products operators.
Agricultural administrative authorities may publish, on a regular basis, the quality security of the wholesale retail market and facilitate the supervision of consumers and other social actors.
Article 16 quarantine surveillance bodies conduct testing of veterinal dying and its products for targeted livestock dying sites, and the operators of livestock dying sites should cooperate and provide the necessary workplaces and conditions.
Article 17 Avian and its products should be accompanied by quarantine certificates from more than sanitary surveillance agencies of origin, halons of delivery tools, and national sterilization of veterinary tests.
Article 18
Article 19 violates this approach by punishing relevant sectors such as agriculture, health, business, quality technical supervision, urban administration of administrative law enforcement in accordance with relevant laws, regulations.
Article 20, in violation of article 4, paragraph 3, Article 5, Article 7, Article 8, Article 14, article 18 of this approach, provides for a fine of up to €50 million for agricultural administrative authorities.
Article 21, in violation of Articles 12, 13 and 13 of this approach, is supplemented by the administrative authorities responsible for the supervision of health, agriculture and quality technologies and are dealt with in accordance with article 19 of this approach and article 20.
Article 2 violates this approach by causing the loss of others to be liable for liability; the circumstances constitute a serious offence and to hold its criminal responsibility under the law.
Article 23 abuses by relevant sector staff in the management of safety monitoring of agricultural products, provocative fraud, sterilization, etc.
