Article I, in order to fully perform the transport functions of the urban roads in the main urban areas of my city, improve the urban roads and improve the urban development environment, develop this approach in accordance with the provisions of the State Department's Urban Road Management Regulations and the Regulations on the Management of the Rejuven Municipal Engineering Facilities.
The application of this approach is governed by road travel costs in the urban areas, the northern area, the southern shore area, the sand law dam area, the nine trajectory area, the Greater True region, the North South Zone, and the area of administration in the northern region (hereinafter referred to as the main urban area).

Article 3. Management and related coordination of road bridge travel costs are the responsibility of municipal administration authorities.
Sectors such as public security, transport, construction, prices and finance should be co-ordinated with municipal administration authorities in the management of road bridges.
Article IV pays the year-old motor vehicle for road bridges to no longer pay the following road blocks:

Highway gateways, which pay the road blocks, should pay another highway rate.
Article 5 is registered in the main urban area for mobile vehicles or motor vehicles for all in the main city area (referred to as mobile vehicles in the main city area) and should pay a one-time fee for the road bridges in accordance with this scheme.
When motor vehicles other than the preceding paragraph (referred to as mobile vehicles outside the main city area) enter the main urban area, the payment of the road blocks shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this scheme or a voluntary one-time payment of the annual fee.
The place of residence for all motor vehicles refers to the location set out in the resident identification card or the registration address of legal persons, other organizations.
Article 6. The cost of access to the road bridge is charged to the administrative cause and is paid in full to the city-level finance-specific, with the application of both income and expenditure line management.
The annual fee for road bridges was commissioned by the city's financial sector and will be published by the name of the receiving bank.
The travel rate is charged by the municipal administration authorities. A portion of the entry into the town can be entrusted with a highway fee station.
Article 7.
The vehicle registered or relocated to the main urban area shall pay the annual fee on the basis of the monthly and fee standards for the remainder of the year. The period of payment for the next year's road bridge is still being implemented in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
Receiving motor vehicles for the period of movement of road blocks, the public security transport management is governed by the law to conduct mobile vehicle tests, registration, write-off registration and transfer registration.
Article 8 Standards for the annual fees and travel of the road bridges are presented by the municipal price authorities in conjunction with the city's fiscal sector, which is followed by the approval and publication of the Government. The annual fee for road bridges is divided into the criteria for the use of mobile vehicles that are capable of moving in the interior highway and for the prohibition of motor vehicles, including the highway.

Article 11. Costs for road bridges are charged primarily to cover rental costs for the road bridge, maintenance costs for the road bridge and the costs associated with road bridges.
Road block facilities should maintain facilities in accordance with the relevant technical norms and ensure the proper functioning of the facility. The maintenance of urban road bridges should be subject to the supervision, guidance and guidance of municipal administrative authorities; the maintenance of roads should be monitored and directed by municipal transport administration authorities.

The motor vehicle (other than military vehicles) free of the payment rate should be sent to the municipal administrative authorities to receive payment cards and free markings.
The free mark and the driver's busy mark should be placed on the right corner of the glass in front of the vehicle to test.
Article 13 contributory cards or identifiers, damage shall be submitted by all motor vehicles to submit written requests and proofs and to receive payment certificates from the motor vehicle route pass and the traveller's fees to the municipal administrative authorities for the payment of the royalties.

Article 14. Article 17, in violation of the provisions of this approach, is addressed by the municipal administration authorities or by the municipal administration inspectorate, as set out below:

Article 18, in violation of this approach, provides for the unauthorized establishment of a fee station to collect a road bridge fee, which is prohibited and punished by the relevant authorities in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations.

The Government of the Grande Town's Decision on the revision of the management scheme for the movement of the road bridges in the main city (No. 135 of the Order of the People's Government of the Grand Horizon) and the decision of the Government of the Grand Horizon to modify the movement rate of the city's main city (No. 154) were repealed.
