(Adopted by the 38th Standing Committee of the People's Government of the House of Commons on 21 November 2005 No. 119 of 2 December 2005 on the date of publication of People's Government Order No. 119 of 2 December 2005)

It is now decided to amend the Public Transport Carriage of the Municipalities of the House as follows:
Article 4, paragraph (iv), was amended to “prohibit placing, beating, occupiering, occupiering, storing and locating, and prohibit posting, incating and damaging vehicles, ship equipment, facilities”;”
Article 4, subparagraph (vi), reads as follows: “The vehicle, the ship shall be subject to arrangements for the replacement of other vehicles, boats when the accident cannot continue to operate.”
Article 5, paragraph (i), was amended to read: “The vehicle, the ship shall purchase, the currency, the graph or the presentation of the certificate card shall be accepted by the driver. The use of documentary cards that are only reserved for themselves shall be presented in a positive manner; the use of a donation currency shall be carried out with zero money;”
Article 5, paragraph (iii), was amended to read: “No single-off vehicle would be free of charge and no cheque;”
Article 5 adds that “more than 120 cm passengers must be ordered. Each passengers may be free of charge to a child with a high of 120 cm in a car, ship; more than one in excess of the number of purchases.”
Article 6 amends as follows: “No vehicle, vessel shall be prohibited from carrying dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive, etc. and objects that impede the safety and health of passengers”.
V. Article 8 amends as follows: “No vote, non-voting or invoking a currency, non-exclusive cards and the use of invalid car tickets in the vehicle, ships shall be filled at full-scale ticket price; and reject the non-recorded instrument by the driver of the vehicle, vessel”.
Article 9 amends as follows: “The use of a forged card or a violation of a provision for the use of a person's witness card in a vehicle, vessel shall be added at the expense of the full range of tickets, which shall be temporarily deducted or otherwise processed as required”.
Article 10 amends as follows: “In one of the following acts, changes in public transport vehicles, ship operators orders, criticism of education, and may be fined by the urban public transport administrative authorities by more than 50 dollars:
(i) No vote or the use of void vehicles, ship tickets and boats;
(ii) No orderly vehicle and ship;
(iii) The vehicle, the ship's failure to shut down the bus and the vessel;
(iv) Behing to the vehicle without discouraging;
(v) In cars, indoor smoking or incests, indoors and incests;
(vi) Excise the Ministry of the Interior to the vehicle without discouraging;
(vii) To reject the inspection of the voucher or the inspector;

Article 12 has been amended to read: “The public transport vehicle in urban areas, the disruption of public order in the ship, constitutes a violation of the management of the security sector, which is punishable by law by the public security authorities, and constitutes an offence under the law of the judiciary”.
This decision is implemented since the date of publication.
In accordance with this decision, the Public Transport Carriage of the Municipalities of the House was amended accordingly, and the provisions were reproduced accordingly.

Annex: Urban public transport vehicles, ship travel regulations (as amended)
(Act No. 35 of 24 September 1996 of the People's Government Order No. 35 of the House of Commons of 29 December 1997 on the basis of the decision of the Government of the Municipalities to amend Partial Regulations and the amendment of the House's Decision No. 119 of 2 December 2005 of the People's Government Order No. 119 of 2 December 2005 concerning the revision of the Public Transport of the Municipalities of the House and the Ship.
Article 1 guarantees urban public transport safety, maintenance of public transport vehicles, ship transport order, and the creation of civilized cities, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, to establish this provision in conjunction with the realities of the city.
Article 2 is subject to this provision for public transport vehicles and ship passengers.
This provision refers to urban public transport vehicles, ship vessels, which are public-provided vehicles in cities, small buses and urban sea passenger vessels.
Article 3 is naked, analysts, unpatriated mental illnesses and pre-school children without adults, without access to public transport vehicles, boats.
Article IV passengers must comply with the following provisions:

Article 5
