(Act No. 135 of the People's Government Order No. 135 of 23 July 2008) In order to maintain the rule of law and to better adapt to the full advancement of the requirements of the law-making and the building of the rule of law, the provincial Government had fully cleared 179 of the existing provincial government regulations by the end of 2007. After clearance, the provincial Government decided that: i. Incompatible with new laws, regulations and regulations, which have been replaced by new regulations or regulations, or have been applied, the adjustment has disappeared and, in practice, 37 provincial government regulations that have been in effect nullified (see annex 1). Utilization of the 11 provincial government regulations previously repealed by new law (see annex 2). This decision is effective from the date of publication. Annex 1.
