Article 1 [Legislative purposes], in order to strengthen basic mapping management, regulate basic mapping activities, guarantee the needs of national economic construction, social development and public emergency response for basic mapping, and develop this approach in line with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China Mapping Act of the Republic of China.

Article 2 [Option of scope] shall be subject to this approach in the area of administration in the province.

The underlying mapping described in this approach refers to the establishment of a national unified mapping benchmark and mapping system, the conduct of basic air photographs, access to information on remote sensing based geospatial information, mapping and updating of national basic scale maps, video maps and digitalized products, and the establishment and updating of basic geographic information systems.

Article 3 [Government responsibility] is a national public good cause, and the local people's governments at the district level should strengthen their leadership in basic mapping, identify the authorities to incorporate basic mapping into their national economic and social development planning and annual plans, and the requirements are included in the current financial budget.

Article 5

Article 6 [Development of plans]

(vii) Other basic mapping projects identified by the Government of the people of the province in accordance with the needs for economic construction, social development and public emergency.

Article 10

(i) Establishment, maintenance of a unified PACT network, high-range control networks and satellite navigation positioning terminal networks;

(ii) Access to air imagery and satellite remote sensing videos for mapping downgrading in municipal, district-level map management;

(iii) The measurement and updating of 1:500, 1:1000, 1: 2000 basic scale maps, video maps and digital mapping products;

(iv) Establishment, maintenance and updating of the base geographic information database and systems;

(v) Preparation of maps and basic maps for the current administrative area (documented);

(vi) Monitoring the geographic situation of the city, the district, according to the actual needs;

(vii) Other basic mapping projects identified by the people's Government in accordance with economic construction, social development and public emergency needs within the current administration.

Article 11 [Mapping standards] undertakes basic mapping activities and should adopt national harmonized mapping benchmarks and mapping systems to implement national mapping standards and technical norms.

There is a need to establish a comparative stand-alone system that should be implemented in accordance with article 10 of the People's Republic of China Mapping Act. Article 21

Article 2 [building of the platform]
