Mobile wheelchairs vehicle management provisions for persons with disabilities in the city of Kymin

(Summit No. 143 of the Government of the Turkmen Republic of 10 November 2009 to consider the adoption of the Decree No. 93 of 23 November 2009, No. 93 of the Order No. 93 of the Government of the Turkmen Republic of Cyprus, which came into force on 1 January 2010)

Article 1, in order to maintain road traffic order, regulate the management of mobile chairs by persons with disabilities and promote the participation of persons with disabilities in social life, establishes this provision in the light of the provisions of the Law on Road Traffic Safety of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety in the Province of Yunnan, the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety in the city of Know City.

Article 2, units or individuals engaged in mobile chairs driving persons with disabilities and their related activities within the city's administration, shall be subject to this provision.

Article 3 refers to a mobile chairs vehicle for persons with disabilities referred to in this Article, designed specifically for persons with disabilities, operated in full by breadwinners, and to the use of gasoline engines in line with national standards for persons with disabilities for a three-rotary chairs of the road.

Article IV. Article 7. A person with disabilities can only register a mobile chairs car for persons with disabilities and only a person with disabilities.

Article 8

The following conditions should be met:

(i) A certificate of residence in the city of Kymin or in the town of Know;

(ii) The physical condition of a mobile chairs vehicle for persons with disabilities;

(iii) Age of 18 years of age and under 10 years of age.

Article 9 Applications for the registration of mobile chairs cars for persons with disabilities, and the applicant shall submit the following material to the transport management of the public safety authority:

(i) The identity certificate of the owner of the mobile chairs vehicle for persons with disabilities;

(ii) Vehicle vouchers;

(iii) Accreditation of vehicles or import vouchers;

(iv) Forced insurance for third-party motor vehicles.

Article 22 Drivers of wheelchairs for persons with disabilities should be subject to the following provisions:

(i) On the road to delineation of motor vehicles and non-mobile vehicles, moving on non-mobile vehicles;

(ii) On the road without the establishment of a non-modile vehicle route, a quarter of the road right;

(iii) Not more than 15 km at the highest rate of arrival;

(iv) Maintain safe distances with non-modile vehicles that are neighbouring to avoid affording them on the path of confusing them;

(v) No other vehicles or other vehicles may be involved.

Article 23 Drivers of persons with disabilities, which is destroyed by the transport management of the public security authorities.
