Decision of the Government of the Greater Zhenmin on the abolition and continuation of the second set of regulations

(Summit of 1 March 2010 at the 63th ordinary meeting of the Government of the People of the city to consider the adoption of the Ordinance No. 235 of 2 March 2010 on the occasion of publication)

In accordance with the provisions of the Basic Norms of Administrative Legislation of the Kingston City (Treaty) and adopted at the 63th Standing Conference of the People's Government on 1 March 2010, the Government of the city decided to repeal eight regulations, such as the provisions of the Administrative Punishment Procedure for the Protection of the Environment of the Greater City, which had no longer been implemented since the date of publication; 23 regulations, such as the provisions of the administrative sanctions hearing procedure for the reopening of the city, continued to operate effectively from 1 January 2010.
