Amending article 1 reads as follows:

Article 5 amends as follows: “A person applying for the guided tours in the tourist area shall be subject to the advice of the Tourism Sector Authority to participate in the examination organized by the municipal tourism administration in the area in which it is located, to obtain a guide for the tourist area and to apply for the admission of the tourist area to the guided tour.

Excellents of museums, memorials and open-ended units are certified in accordance with existing provisions.”

Article 7 has been amended to read: “A person who has applied to the guided tour operation in the tourist area is qualified by the examination, and the municipal tourism administration in the place area shall, within 15 working days of the completion of the examination, be eligible for the guided tour of its nuclear tourism area.

Access to the Tourcing Licence of the Tourism Zone is subject to a labour contract with the Tourism Sector Authority and a labour contract has been established to apply to the municipal tourism administration sector in the area where it is located.

The municipal tourism administration sector in the area was issued to the applicant within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the applicant's request for a guide.

The guidebook for the tourist area was developed by the provincial tourism administration.

The qualification of guided tours in the tourist area is valid in the city. The guided tour guides in the tourism sector are effective in this area. The qualification, guided tour guides in the tourist area shall not be transferred, modified and forged.”

The words “three years” in article 8 were amended to read “3 years”, “910 days” as “90 days”.

Delete article 18.

Article 20 was replaced with Article 19 and deleted “to take advantage of the guide to its tourist area from three to six months”.

Article 21 was replaced with article 20 and replaced “administrative disposition”.

In accordance with the above amendments, the order of the relevant provisions of this approach is adjusted accordingly.
