Decision of the People's Government of the House to repeal and modify the regulations of some municipalities

In order to be effective in the implementation of the National People's Republic of China Act on Administrative Forced Labour, pursuant to the relevant requirements of the State Department of State's notification of implementation (Statement No. 25), in the context of the practice of this city, the Government of the Municipalities has cleared the existing municipal regulations and decided to repeal and amend the following regulations, respectively:

The following regulations shall be repealed:

(i) The Municipal Parks Management Provisions (Official Gazette No. 76 of 13 December 1998 No. 76 of the Order of the People's Government of the House, which was published in accordance with Decision No. 101 of 16 April 2002 on the Abolition, Revision of the Regulations of the Government of the Municipalities, and amendment of the Municipal People's Government of the House, issued by Decree No. 111 of 28 June 2004;

(ii) The provisional provision for the management of motorcycles in the city of the House (published on 25 February 1999 No. 80 of the People's Government Order No. 80).

Amendments to the following regulations:

(i) The Ordinance on the Transport of Waterways in the municipality of the House (No. 17 of 29 September 1995 No. 17 of the People's Government Order No. 69 of 29 December 1997 and the decision of the Government of the House of Commons No. 111 of 28 June 2004, the decision of the Government to amend the regulations of the House of Commons, the decision of the Government of the People's Republic of 16 April 2002 No. 101 of the Ordinance on the Abolition of Parts of the Municipalities, the decision of the Government of the House of the House of Municipalities to amend the Ordinance of the Government of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of New York, the Republic of 20 June 2007, the Republic of the Republic of 30 September 2007 and the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of the

Article 42 was deleted.

(ii) The provisional provision on rural social welfare in the city of the House (No. 45 of the People's Government Order No. 45 of 9 October 1996 and, in accordance with the decision to amend, cease the implementation of part of the city's regulations issued by the People's Government Order No. 69 of 29 December 1997) and the amendments to the House's People's Government Decision No. 122 of 9 September 2006 of the House's People's Government Order No. 122 of 9 September 2006)

Article 33 was amended to read: “The insured person or its collective group, without justification for the suspension of the premiums for the old-age insurance premiums during the insurance period, by the institution responsible for the WAEMU in the rural sector and by paying the lag in accordance with the provisions of the law.”

(iii) The Housing Safety Identification and Control Regulations of the Municipalities of the House (Official Gazette No. 67 of 28 November 1997 No. 67 of the People's Government Order No. 111 of 28 June 2004), as amended by Decision No. 111 of the People's Government Order No. 111 of 28 June 2004 on the Abolition, Revision of Parts of the Municipalities of the Households.

Article 28, paragraph 2, and paragraph 3 were amended to read: “The failure of all persons at risk of housing or other responsibly responsible persons to perform their repair responsibilities may result in a risk to the home, and the safe management of the home can take appropriate measures to avoid the dispersion, and the temporary relocation. Housing tenants are willing to fund renovations, which can report to the housing security management and process related procedures.

The owners or agents of the house are not subject to the executive notice and limitation of the use or cessation of the use of the decision, and their dangerous homes endanger public safety, and the housing security management may make mandatory governance decisions in accordance with the law and inform the owner or agent in writing.”

(iv) The provisional provision for the management of walls outside the building of the House (publication No. 78 of 7 January 1999)

Article 39 amends as follows: “In violation of this provision, the installation of fences, rainy tents, positive wings or trajectorys, the construction of administrative authorities is responsible for the change of their duration, the impossibility of the delay and, in addition to the mandatory removal of force, the imposition of fines of more than 500 dollars of units to fines more than 1,000 dollars for individuals”.

(v) The Land-Use Management Approach of the House of Commons (Official Gazette No. 86 of 12 November 1999 No. 86 of the People's Government Order No. 122 of 9 September 2006 on the basis of the decision of the Government of the People's Republic of the House of the House, issued by Decree No. 122 of 9 September 2006 on amendments to the Decision on Changes, Cessation of the Implementation of Parts of the Government Regulations)

Article 21, paragraph 1, was amended to read: “In violation of article 17, paragraph 1, of the present approach, the use of local units or individuals to treat construction sites is not required to build blocks, manage houses and manage them, and the urban administration of administrative law enforcement authorities is responsible for their duration”.

(vi) Modalities for the management of the Road Construction Zone in the House (published on 3 April 2001 No. 98)

Article 18 amends to read: “In violation of article 9, paragraph 1, of this approach, the extension, alteration of buildings and ground construction objects, the removal or alteration of the deadline, and the imposition of a fine of up to US$ 20000; the late dismissal of the extension, alteration of buildings and ground-based construction, which is mandatory for the removal of the costs incurred by the parties. Changes in the use of buildings and ground-based constructions are correct, with a fine of up to US$ 20000.

(vii) The Basic Health Insurance Scheme for Towns and Employees in the House (No. 108 of the People's Government Order No. 108 of 28 November 2003), in accordance with the Decision of the People's Government Order No. 122 of 9 September 2006 concerning the revision, cessation of the implementation of part of the municipal government regulations)

Article 57 amends the payment of basic medical insurance expenses for delays in payment, arrears or contributions, or omissions, and is subject to payment of payment letters from the social insurance paying unit to the user's unit for the payment of basic medical insurance payments within 15 days of the date of the transfer of the letter of credit; the failure to pay, the payment of outstanding payments, and the punishment of the competent and other responsible personnel directly responsible, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

(viii) The gateway engineering archives management approach (published on 2 July 2004)

Article 15, paragraph 1, was amended to read: “The construction unit shall not receive information on the routing engineering files or the information delivered on the rouble engineering files, which are not in accordance with the required requirements, and the establishment of administrative authorities in the city of the Archives or Area shall be responsible for the period of time.”

This decision is implemented since the date of publication.
