In order to realize the idea of “one-stop” services, further efficiencies in administrative approval and effective improvements in the investment environment in the park area are effectively improved, and decisions are being taken on the decentralization or commissioning of new high-level areas in the relevant urban functional sectors with respect to administrative clearance.

After the decentralization of the parking authority in the above-mentioned approval matters, the parking authority shall take effective measures to increase the efficiency of the approval process by more than 40 per cent. At the same time, the functional sectors of the city should optimize other clearance matters, simulating industrial project processes to the real, providing quality services and a good investment environment for enterprises.
