Chapter I General

Article 1, in order to strengthen the management of the Aye River, to secure water ecological safety and to develop this approach in line with the relevant laws, regulations and regulations of the People's Republic of China Water Law.

Article 7. Article 8

Article 9 is responsible for local government executive heads in the prevention and clearance of diameteries in the Aye River. The Government of the people along the border, the district (zone) should be subject to the requirements for the prevention of flooding and to the protection of the sequestration of the rivers in the Territory.

Article 10 Eco-encing, vegetation and governance protection funds and their daily operating costs are incorporated into the financial budget in accordance with the management authority of the Government of the people of the Autonomous Region and the surrounding municipalities, districts and territories.

Article 11

(i) There are fires, ranging from 30 to 100 metres above the slope;

Chapter II Planning and construction

Article 14. Article 15, in the context of the protection of the Aye River, prohibits the construction of other projects, in addition to facilities such as water conservation, flood prevention, roads, bridges, environmental protection, landscapes, greenization, tourism and sports.

Article 16, which has been approved for construction projects within the context of the Aye River management, should inform the Aye River Authority prior to the start-up of construction units.

Construction units should be conducted in accordance with the principles conducive to the prevention of flood, ecological protection and water resources. The institutions responsible for the management of the Aye River are entitled to inspect by law and the inspector should provide information and information as necessary.

After the completion of construction, construction units should be cleaned on the construction site in a timely manner, as requested by the Aye River management, and rehabilitate the river; and when the construction facility was completed, the Aye River Authority should be informed.

Article 17 Construction projects should bear costs for expansion, alteration, removal or damage to the original water engineering facilities.

During construction, the construction units should assume the relevant responsibilities in the area of security and ecological protection.

Article 18 The Greenization of the two shores of the Aye River, the road is governed by the principle of territorial management and is responsible for the construction and management of the people's governments along the city, the district (zone).

Chapter III Management and protection

Article 19 A River introduces a management system for the objectives of the river water functional area. Article 2

Environmental protection in self-government zones, agricultural pastoral sectors should be guided and monitored by water pollution control and governance in the Aye River basin.

Within the context of the management of the Aye River, the development of tourism, recreation, recreational leave and the production of water poultry and other business projects should be in line with the integrated planning of the Aye River and be administered and monitored by the Aye River Authority in accordance with the law.

Article 27 prohibits:

(i) Attacks, breaks, construction of kilns, graves, beds, buildings or other construction activities;

(ii) Removal of sand sludges, storage of material, dumping of garbage, savings and cover objects containing contaminated water;

(iii) Expropriation, destruction of fires, escorts, border crossings, border crossings, gate content, prevention of pollution, hydrological monitoring, communications, lighting, etc.

(iv) Instruction, landfilling or taking part in flooding areas, lakes, berms or escorts on the shores;

(v) Emissions of wastewater, wastewater and sewage beyond the Eye River Water Quality Standards;

(vii) The unauthorized operation of water engineering equipment or pumps;

(x) Activities in laundering contaminated waters and the environment in rivers;

(xi) Incestineration and grazing in shores, rivers;

(xii) Besided in non-designated regions, ices, buoys, garbage, and loading points;

(xiii) Facilities such as paints, damage and unauthorized mobile river escorts, alerts or markers;

(xiv) Other practices affecting the ecological and health environment of the Aye River.

Article 28, in the context of the protection of the Aye River, prohibits activities that affect the operation of the Aye River and endanger the Aye River works, water ecological safety breaks, wells and scale livestock breeding, dumping and cover of hazardous toxic pollutants.

Chapter IV Legal responsibility

Article 29, in violation of article 27, paragraphs 1 to 7, and article 28 of the scheme, is punishable in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Water Law of the People's Republic of China, the People's Republic of China Act on the Prevention of Hunger and the Regulations on Water Engineering Management of the Indian Self-Government Zone.
