    Nineth application for identification of animal genetic resources, should be submitted to the State livestock and poultry Commission on genetic resources for the following materials: (a) the application form for animal genetic resources, (ii), introduction to genetic resources; (c) the standard genetic resources; (d) sound image, album information, and the necessary physical. The tenth animal genetic resources the State from the date of receipt of the application materials of the Commission 15 working days to make a decision on whether to accept, and notify the applicant in writing.

    National animal genetic resource Committee shall make a reexamination decision within 6 months, and notify the applicant accordingly.
    Fourth chapter pilot 17th livestock and poultry breeding new varieties, matching system before applying for approval, breeders can test on varieties and lines of production performance, adaptability, resistance to verify.
    18th pilot experimental animal husbandry provincial people's Government shall be subject to approval by the Administrative Department, breeders should submit the following documents: (a) the new varieties, matching the tentative name; (b) the new varieties, matching characteristics, features, (iii) the location, duration and scale of intermediate tests to be carried out. 19th provincial animal husbandry and administrative departments shall within 15 working days from the date of receipt of an application, make a decision on whether to approve it.
    Approved by decision shall clearly pilot locations, duration, scope and responsibility breeders; were rejected, notify the applicant in writing and state the reasons. Breeders may not change the venue, duration and scale of the pilot.
    Change shall be reported to the original approval authority.
    After the end of the pilot, breeders should be submitted to the approval authority a written report. Fifth chapter, supervision and management of the 20th applicant to hide relevant information or provides false information, inadmissibility, and given a warning within one year may not apply again for verification or identification.
    Passed verification or identification, recovery and cancellation of certificate, the applicant may not apply again for verification or identification within three years.

                                              Before the implementation of these measures, the provincial animal husbandry and livestock registered in administrative departments to the new varieties and lines, across the province, in accordance with these measures shall be applied for approval.
