14th evaluation shall be completed within 5 months. The fourth chapter reviews and 15th decision examination authority shall receive review reports and the ability to verify results within 15th days of completion of the report review exercise and making evaluation decisions.

Renewal procedures and the application procedures are the same.
Supervision and administration of the sixth chapter 22nd seed testing of qualified inspection agencies may engage in the following services: (a) the supervision and inspection of agricultural administrative departments entrusted tasks, (ii) to the Executive, the judiciary and arbitration institutions and units and individuals providing proof of test data and results of services, (iii) the commissioning inspection.

24th during the validity of certificates, inspection agencies no longer engaged in testing within the seed inspection service or voluntary termination, shall apply to the examination for the certificate of cancellation procedures.
Certificate expiry without renewal, certificate of failure assessment bodies should be written off.
Cancellation of certificates of competency, assessment authority shall make an announcement.
25th inspection authority has any of the following circumstances, carried out by the inspection authority ordered the suspension of foreign seed testing services: (a) no longer meets the criteria required and affects the quality of inspection, (ii) an important test equipment to change and influence the quality of inspection and (iii) Technical Director, head of quality change is not examination recognized by the authorities.
