Chapter II import inspection and quarantine

(C) the packaging should be marked with Chinese specification, origin (specific to the state/provincial/municipal), the destination content, production date, shelf life, storage temperature, and destinations should be marked for People's Republic of China, applied to the exporting country or region identified official inspection and quarantine.
15th before imports of meat products, or imported, the consignee or their agents shall take the imported animal and plant quarantine permit and the official certificate issued by the exporting country or region original, trade contracts, bills of lading, packing slips, invoices and other documents to the import inspection and quarantine inspection.
Accompanying imported meat products export country or area official inspection and quarantine certificate shall comply with the requirements for the certificate by siqsaq.

(D) the labelling of prepackaged meat products to meet the requirements;
(E) fresh frozen meat products should also check the freshness, Central temperature whether it meets the requirements, whether there are lesions as well as visible parasite cysts, live insects, foreign bodies, and other unusual circumstances, undertake cooking test, if necessary.
19th field inspection and quarantine of imported fresh and frozen meat products are qualified, transported to the place of inspection and quarantine institutions specified storage.
20th inspection and quarantine authorities in accordance with the provisions of article on imported meat products sampled in accordance with the relevant standards, monitoring plans and alert notifications, inspection or monitoring requirements.
21st port inspection and quarantine institutions according to the inspection and quarantine of imported meat products processing results as follows: (A) the inspection and quarantine issue inspection certificate of entry of goods, admission to the production, processing, sale and use.

Export meat products there are security issues, or of damage to human health and safety, exports of meat products production enterprises shall take measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of damage and immediately report to the local inspection and quarantine authorities.
Of the circumstances prescribed in the preceding two paragraphs, shall timely report to the State administration of quality supervision inspection and quarantine institutions.
