The eighth chapter rewards punishment

3. basic master management theory and method of fitness, familiar with the characteristics of fitness for work and can take grass-roots planning, implementation and review of national fitness activity;
4. in the communities (villages), volunteer units produced good results and impact;
5. have the ability to guide social sports instructor in three levels.
(C) the level of social sports instructors:
1. after obtaining the title of social sports instructors in secondary aggregate (registration date) volunteer services for more than three years;
2. grasp the theory and methodology of physical fitness and race, to assume a high level of physical fitness expertise and guidance;
3. the master management theory and method of fitness, have more practical experience and strong organizational skills, be able to guide the work of grass-roots sport organizations;

5. guide social sports instructors in secondary and tertiary skills.
(D) national social sports instructors:

3. systematically master fitness organization and management theory and methods, with a wealth of practical experience and outstanding organizational skills, able to bear a larger scale organization of national fitness activity, to be able to write about fitness for work or research report;
4. in the regions above county level have a prominent effect and impact of volunteer services; (City)-level regional volunteer service produces good results and impact;
5. Guide, second-and third-level capacities of social sports instructors.
Third, the licence condition of social sports instructor
(A) shall meet the grade requirements of social sports instructors, in accordance with the applicant's specific situation, in terms of sports organization and management skills guidance or focused.
