(Prelease No. 2 of the People's Government of Southern Susang on 10 April 2003) In order to adapt to the needs of the reform of the administrative approval system, it was decided to amend the approach to the management of water in the province of Surjeher as follows: Article 12, paragraph 1, was amended to read: “Percentage established in all types of ships and water-related places in this province shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on the Safety and Security of Public Facilities in the Province of Susang Province”. Article 31 was amended to read: “In violation of article 12 of this approach, the public security authority is punished in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Safety and Security of Public Places in Southern Susang Province”. This decision is implemented from the date of publication. The Water Safety Management Approach in the Province of Susang has been reissued in accordance with this decision. |
