Article 1
In order to strengthen the management of the development of the two shores, the development activities are guaranteed smoothly, and in accordance with the Urban Planning Regulations of the Shanghai City, the approach to the implementation of the People's Republic of China's Land Management Act and the relevant laws, regulations and regulations are developed in conjunction with the realities of the city.
Article 2
This approach applies to planning, building and related development management activities within the area of development of the two shores.
Article 3 (Management)
The Leading Group for the Development of the two shores of the Shanghai City is responsible for the integrated development of leadership on the two shores. Article IV

Article 7

Article 8

Article 9 (planning control)

Article 15

Article 19
